This notice is prepared by Fertile Export Import & Trade Inc. for its website contact form. Address: Merkez Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Hür Han No:15 B Blok Kat:2, Şişli / İstanbul. Contact: [email protected]; +90 212 369 33 33.

Information Collected

The form collects your name, company, country, email, optional phone number, product / HS code, enquiry category, message, form language and acknowledgement of this notice. Submission time and technical information necessary to prevent automated submissions are also processed. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Do not include identity documents, health information, banking passwords or other sensitive information in your message.

Purposes, Collection and Legal Grounds

Information is collected electronically directly through the contact form to assess and answer enquiries, prepare quotations and pre-contract discussions, and protect the form from abuse. Relevant grounds under Turkish Law No. 6698 include Article 5(2)(c) for processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract; Article 5(2)(e) for establishing, exercising or protecting a right; and Article 5(2)(f) for enquiry management and security where legitimate interests do not prejudice your fundamental rights and freedoms. The form does not create a marketing subscription. Acknowledging this notice is not explicit consent for overseas transfers or marketing.

Recipients and Service Providers

Form information is delivered to [email protected] through Brevo and handled by Fertile staff responsible for the enquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile prevents automated and abusive submissions and may process network and browser information during verification. Google supplies the Maps embedded on the contact page. Hosting, email and technical support providers may access information to the extent necessary for their services. Disclosure to competent public authorities may occur only where legally required or in response to a lawful request.

Overseas Processing and Retention

Brevo, Cloudflare and Google services may involve overseas processing or transfers. The applicable requirements of Article 9 of Law No. 6698 must be met for these operations. Retention is assessed against enquiry completion, any ongoing commercial relationship, legal obligations and periods necessary to protect rights. The form does not create a separate customer database; delivered messages remain in the company email system. When processing grounds cease to apply, deletion, destruction or anonymisation must be addressed under Article 7.

Your Rights and Requests

Under Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether use is consistent with that purpose, and learn the recipients in Türkiye or overseas. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where conditions apply, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Submit requests to the address above using the methods set out in the Turkish Communique on Requests to Data Controllers. For information and guidance, email [email protected]; identity verification and completion of application requirements may be necessary. Requests are handled within 30 days under Article 13.
